This may be our second to last Golden Globe Predictions unless something significant happens.

We have made all of these updates. We have also done the Television categories. You can keep watch here to see if anything changes between now and the week before the nominations are announced.

Emmys: Final Predictions – 2015
Emmys: Final Predictions – 2015
On September 20th the 2015 Primetime Emmy award ceremony will begin.
It’s been about three or four years since I started predicting the Emmys, and it’s honestly one of the most difficult ones to predict.
Last night the Creative Arts Emmys were announced for all of the extraordinarily talented people behind the cameras. These are the best of the best, winning during this golden age of television.
Along with the technical awards, guest acting winners were announced, animated program, and TV Movie. We had finalized our predictions for those last night and you can see who won and how we did below.
For the main categories, Drama Series, Comedy Series, etc. It’s an all-out-brawl this year. Should be a lot of fun.
And if you’ve been visiting often, you may have noticed our poll in the sidebar. For the categories we polled we listed the current standings beneath. Voting will continue, however, right up until 2 days before the ceremony. The poll was for people’s personal picks, not their predictions.

SN: “Inside Out,” Pixar’s return to form
SN: “Inside Out,” Pixar’s return to form
As soon as Pixar released a preview for their new animated film, which was sported as a “Major Emotion Picture,” the filmmakers very well could’ve started writing their award speeches. It was an instant front-runner.
There had been murmurs that “Inside Out” was going to be a strong film. After the lukewarm reactions to Pixar’s “Brave” and “Monster University,” as well as the critical disaster that was “Cars 2.” It seems Pixar is finally back up to speed.
“Inside Out” premiered out-of-competition at Cannes Film Festival earlier this morning. The tweets were ecstatic about the film. Many patrons said that the film had them in tears. It was held in the high regard that “Wall-E,” “Toy Story 3,” and “Up” were held in.
More and more reviews continue to trickle in, it currently holds a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes with 12 recorded reviews. The easy front-runner for the Animated Film Oscar, as well as a potential Best Picture contender.

Also “Orange is the New Black” has officially been swapped over to the “Drama” categories. See how we have it fairing below:

The next big award show is the Primetime Emmys. It is still very early to predict these accurately, but we think we are narrowing in on many categories.
The final season of “Mad Men” should cause a stir, while new shows like “Better Call Saul” and “The Last Man on Earth” could potentially breakthrough. Not to mention the return of “Game of Thrones,” “Mad Men,” and “Modern Family.”
