Season 2, Episode 5: Now about Jason Sudekis’ character. Seriously hoping they at leasts touch on that again after focusing so much on it in the pilot. My theory still stands that Phil is actually the last living human on Earth and that the rest of the crew are Wilson balls. I don’t know how Sudekis fits in, maybe he doesn’t come in until the finale and snaps Phil out of it?
Season 2, Episode 4: It’ll be refreshing to get the group vs. Phil plot more narrowed down and to focus in on the dynamics between the rest of the characters. They’ve touched on it, feels like there can be more there.
Season 2, Episode 3: This show is hysterical. Episode 3 did what this show does better than any other show. Put us in brutally awkward positions where we become emotionally ambiguous. Don’t know whether to laugh or to cringe.
Season 2, Episode 2: What a randomly hilarious ending. Another great episode, even if Carol seeing that train was a stretch. Also Phil seems significantly less like a villain this season.
Season 2, Episode 1: Strong start. Will Forte and Kristen Schaal continue to nail everything, and we also got to see some impressive set pieces. The sheer grandeur of “The Last Man on Earth” separates it from any other television comedy on today.
